Results General Membership Meeting, June, 13th.

At the General Membership Meeting on June 13, 2025, two proposals of the board were adopted: Nitin Shrivastava joined the board in the position of secretary, and an increase in membership fees will be implemented starting with the 2025//2026 season. The June 1 cancellation date was postponed to July 13, 2025, for this purpose.

Appointment as secretary

During the general meeting of 13-6-2025, Nitin Shrivastava nominated himself to join the board as secretary. During this meeting, a vote was taken and Nitin was unanimously appointed secretary.

Membership fee increase

Due to the rising costs, the treasurer made 2 proposals. Proposal 1 was a 5% inflation correction, and proposal 2 was an 8% inflation correction.

With proposal 1, the treasurer concluded that the club could close the 2025-2026 season with a loss. Of course, this is not desirable, despite the club having built up a good capital. It is also not desirable to use the club’s capital when consecutive losses are made.

With proposal 2, the treasurer concluded that a reasonably small profit can be made to partially make up for the expected loss of 2024-2025 and to keep the club financially healthy. In addition, the last contribution increase was in season 2023-2024, and there was no increase for 2024-2025. An increase of 8% would therefore not be that considerably high if this is divided over the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 seasons.

A vote was taken by the members present during the AGM of 13-6-2025, and proposal 2 was passed.

Cancellation date

The cancellation date for the membership for the upcoming season has also been suspended due to the vote on the contribution increase to July 13, 2025.

The new contributions for the 2025-2026 season are as follows:

Youth
Membership: 270 euros per year
Competition contribution*: 108 euros per year
Association contribution: 20.10 euros per year

Adults
Membership: 324 euros per year
Competition contribution 4th division and higher*: 205.20 euros per year
Competition contribution 5th division and lower*: 162 euros per year
Association contribution: 20.10 per year

*Competition contribution applies when you have indicated that you play competition and you are registered for the competition.
