Rob van Zijderveld founder and honorary member passed away on 26 July at the age of 87
It is with deep sadness that we have learned of the death of our founder and honorary member, Rob van Zijderveld. Rob was born on 1 July 1937 and passed away from us on 26 July 2024, after a short illness.
The cremation ceremony will take place privately on Saturday 3 August at 11.15am. The family gives you the opportunity to follow the ceremony online via a livestream, which is mentioned in the obituary card.
The Van Zijderveld family wishes to continue Rob van Zijderveld's life's work in promoting badminton in the broadest sense of the word. They could use your help in doing so. The family would greatly appreciate it if, instead of flowers, you would commemorate Rob with a donation to the Topsport Van Zijderveld Foundation.
